Hi I have another project I have a samsung lnt4061fx/xaa no video
Replaced the bad caps now I get the chime and back light but
No video is there any fuses on the t con board any help
Would be appreciated thanks tony

Can you post a pic of the t-con board? There's normally a fuse close to the LVDS cable connector. It's usually labeled as "FX" or "FPX", where X is a number.

The device slightly above "F1" marked "UD".

It measures open I put a temp wire across it and it turns tv off
Does that mean t con board is bad ?

Yes; or the panel is. Remove the LCD panel connectors (opposite the LVDS cable on the T-con board) to rule out a panel short. Panel shorts are very unlikely, but in rare instances can cause this fault.

Is there something I can replace in t con board
Or is it best to replace board ?

Well, it depends on your soldering skills, if the board is cheap, I would just replace it. But first, you can check the little beige MLCC:


for shorts. If you find any shorted, you might be able to temporarily remove them and power the set up (it should work but may have picture distortion or noise) at which point you can replace the cap with a new one.
