BN96-03775a Small fuse keeps blowing

Hi

I bought this board to repair a sammy and I didnt notice that it must of been damaged in transit

The large poly cap next to the Smoothing cap had a broken leg and when I plugged it in it made and almighty bang and popped the small fuse next to the poly cap...I fitted the polycap back in and now it just keeps blowing the small fuse (red fuse centre of pic)

Any pointers appreciated

Can we get som,e more pictures of the rest of the psu? And also the backside of the psu?

That red film capacitor likely belongs to the PFC circuit.
Where was this explosion?
Is there any burn marks anywhere else? Check high power resistors, and transistors. Also check for burn marks on the back side of the psu.

Looks like you have some crappy caps though, "CapXon" and some other which I can't quite see the brand name.
