Vizio 55" 240hz LED Smart TV (craigslist ad - don't have model #)

Been looking to get a new TV when I came across a Vizio on Craigslist. I haven't seen this TV in person or have reached out to this person, but it's been on Craiglist for about a week now. I'll be honest I don't know a lot about TVs, but am at least a little technically savvy. Based on the few pictures provided has anyone seen this problem before? Is it worth purchasing to try and fix? Much appreciated

The LCD panel is likely defective due to water spillage, common issue. If you can get it for less than $25, you can sell the main board and power supply and recover your costs if the water damage can't be fixed. Otherwise I wouldn't bother as it will be a money pit.
