Hello there.
I have a similar situation here with the same TV VP50 HDTV20. My tv was not turning on, I do get VS and VA voltages. I disconnected main board and used a jump on logic board (pin 3-4), tv came on and shows color pattern(logic board generator).
I assumed my problem was on main board. I replaced main board 3 times and I still do not get any picture. (replaced 3 times because i though I was getting defective circuit boards). Also Power button doesn't respond as it should. It turns tv on but it doesn't turn it off.
Any suggestion on what to check next?Comment
