Where it should be black is red

What it is this symptom? Somebody is selling a 50" Samsung LCD with this problem.

    LVDS, t-con, main board.

      I have found out about the brand and model. It's a Samsung LN-46A650A1FXZA. So it's a 46" not a 50" TV.
Thanks Tom. I know that these 650 series have panel issues.
So do you think that is safe to buy it?

They have a lot of T-con issues. I have done two LE40A656, very similar European model, and mine had green lines in place of darker areas (but only half of screen.) It was T-con in that case. Red in place of black is unlikely to be panel IF it is fuzzy in the darker areas. I would have a look at it.
