Those voltages are the main board core logic voltages and GPIO inputs. I am assuming that the flickering would be caused by an incorrect electrode voltage.

Yes, Vs usually, sometimes Va.

On this set, Vs appears to be called Vsus, and Va is fixed at 60V by design.

Found this in an SM for VSUS: "The specified voltage values are between 200 and 210V" which should give you a good start.

You should see a sticker like this:

Vsus = 207 [136] [V]
Vofs = 24 [071] to 49 [199] [V]
Vyprst = 250 [026] to 310 [179] [V]
