I doubt it. The PSU appears to work, the main board is shutting it off.

Do you want to check if the other boards are OK using the resistor trick?

Wire a 100~470 ohm resistor from PSON to a GND pin. Disconnect the connector from the main board but leave the end plugged into the PSU connected.
The TV should switch on as normal and the voltages should come up.
Then, turn it off, try one jumper combination on the control board, turn the TV on, and repeat until you see patterns, if everything except the main board is working you should see patterns.

Finally found time to do the test and here are the results: After using a 330 ohm resistor and following your steps, I got the colored test patterns after jumping pins 3-4 on the control board. Just placed an order for a new main board. I'll report back with the results after it comes in. Man, I hope it works!
The test you did proves that the plasma panel, control board, sustain boards and power supply are all functioning correctly. The only missing link is the main board, and that's likely the fault. Good luck!

I am having the same problem but the ceramic fuse the you were checking first is not getting power. What should I look at. I know nothing about this stuff. Any help please
I was able to follow these instructions and reproduce the same issue and get the test patterns to display by using a resistor to short out PSON to GND, and also jump pins 3 and 4 on the control board.
I just ordered a new main board and am hoping that it'll bring my TV back to life. If it wasn't for this guide I would have spent a lot more money on a new TV.
