Samsung PS50A410 - big bang and no idea!

Hi,

I need you help to repair a Samsung PS50A410.
The Power Supply (DYP-50W3) has only Stand-by power.

I have changes the Caps (CP805 and CP806), the bridge rectifier (BP802) and checked all diodes.
In Stand-by-mode no reaction. After I had turned on the Power
I had a small bang and short-cut between all pins from QP801 (19N60).
I can't find the reason for the short-cut...

Has anyone an idea for the troubleshooting?

Clear pictures are important, can you post some? Could have been the fuse that popped too

There are some pictures.
The fuses are okay, the varistor has 0 ohm and will be replaced when I had found the defect part(s).
