I picked up a free tv off craigslist that the P.O. said "just lost picture one day". I got it home and started to look at it closely. When I plugged it in I could hear some clicking from the big board on the left, there was no blinking lights or picture. I removed the board and could not find any obvious issues. I did notice some (what I thought were) bulged caps, so I removed it and took it to work and had some co-workers look at it. They said the caps appear to look fine and they couldn't find any issues with the board. I brought it back home, installed the power supply and plugged it in. This time the incoming power fuse blew, after replacing it now everything is dead. Any ideas?
