A collegue brought in his Samsung ln37a450c1dxza set which only responded with a red blinking led when powered up. No clicking, display or anything else. Took the PS out and immediately saw three bad/buldging caps (CB852, CM853 and CM858) athe schottky diode outputs. Replaced all three (1000uf @ 35V, 105 deg) and fired it right up. Easiest fix yet.
