Intelligent power module (IPM) repair- Hitachi 42" Plasma

I've got a plasma Hitachi 42PD4200 that has faulty IPM on the z-sus board.

I've opened it up to find 2 components blown. Theres no marking on them but whats left is 4 legs off a flat 10mm square flat pad.

Anyone ever repair one of these or can identify parts. Board ref is Q12 &
    Q15 ?

When they blow, that's it, you can't replace the mosfets. You need to buy a new IPM, the part is on the board, and on the barcode of the heatsink.

Thanks for replying. Too bad you can't just replace part. I read an article from somebody on the forum who had done so and was hoping they would respond.
