Samsung Ue55mu6172u restart without images

hi, i have a samsung tv ue55mu6172u with a problem.
When I turn it on, the display lights up, then it turns off and on again. Nothing appears on the display. If I disconnect one of the two flat cables that go from the motherboard to the display, the backlight stays on and the TV stays on, but you can't see anything. The output voltages from the power supply board are correct. You can help me? The motherboard is a BN41-02568B BN94-12486N. The panel is a CY-GK055HGLVBH

maybe try the tape cut off method, just put it in the search drop down box above or check it on youtube.

there is some news.
The audio can be heard so I assume it is a problem with the display. I've tried putting tape on the flats but it doesn't show anything on the screen, I've tried so many things but nothing

When using the tape method, make sure the tape is not too thick and that the cable is properly inserted into the connector before attempting to power on the device again.

It is likely that your issue is related to the open cell, the tape method will seldom resolve the issue when the display is completely blank but it is a cheaper fix than replacing the screen.

Its most likely a the open cell as a failure point and a panel must be replaced.
