This TV had bad LED's so I ordered new ones from Shop Jimmy, tested them with a led tester but when I hook them up to tv they blink very dim one time and will not light up unless I touch one of the contacts on the led strips and of course get shocked when I do this. I test them in the tv with my led tester and all led's light up so I am confused as to why they are not lighting up when I turn on the TV. Any help would be appreciated.
