Hello, I have a very weird issue with my Vizio E500i-A1. It works well except it only shows monochrome (black & white) image. TV signal is b&w, all HDMI inputs are b&w. At the same time the TV menu is colorful. Of course I tried to change color/saturation settings, it doesn't have any effect.
I tried to do factory reset. The TV setup screen was colorful, however it didn't help, all inputs are still showing b&w picture.
Checked voltatges on MB and all seem to be fine.
UPDATE: tried to play an .avi file via a built-in media player. The media player menus are colorful, but the video itself is b&w O_O
Any ideas please?
