Philips 50PFP5332D/37 Video Inputs Do Not Work

First of all, thank you for taking a look in this thread. I have used the search function to find similar issues on this forum but I believe I have a unique issue on my hands.

I own a Philips 50PFP5332D/37 Plasma which I have had the main board replaced twice under warranty. Now that I am out of warranty a new issue has come up. The TV has power and actually displays menu screens perfectly but none of my inputs work. I have tried all component, HDMI, USB, and coax inputs and there is no picture or sound.

I have tried the following to identify the root cause but I am no expert.
    1) Unplug TV and wait a few minutes before plugging it back in.
    2) Looked for any flashing LEDs anywhere on the TV. I still had the back cover on and did not see anything flashing in any color.
    3) I have let the TV sit unplugged for a few days and the result after plugging it in is still the same.
    4) Finally I have opened the back to check for any visible damage to capacitors or cables. Nothing there either.

I called Philips CS and they are not aware of any similar problems and since I am out of warranty they offered me some refurbished TVs and the phone number for a local service shop. They referred me to the same service shop that fixed my TV the previous times and I am not very pleased with their service. So I am coming to the experts on this forum for any thoughts on the issue.

Let me know if you require some pics of the boards or anything else to disect this issue. Once again, thanks for checking this out.

    Regards,

    BSH

I have taken the liberty of attaching a few snapshots of the TV board just in case. First pic is the overall layout and then the pics follow from left to right in the TV.

    Thanks for looking.

Well, the diagnosis is easy. The problem must exist on the Small Signal Board. That generates the OSD and menus, as well as processing video and sound inputs. It is the larger board in the 5th picture 3104 313 61734 (new) or 313926807343 (factory refurbished).

If you want to troubleshoot the board yourself, the service manual is EJ3.0U PA

        Bill,
Thanks for the reply and input. I had come to a similar conclusion. I will find the manual and TS the board to be 100% sure before buying it.

Try searching elektrotanya.com for the chassis number. If you do have to buy a new small signal board make sure you buy from a reputable seller. Also, try to get one from the same model TV.

I am having a similar issue to this one.
            Model 50pfp5332/d37
            Option Codes
            02064 00292
            00549 02691
            01209 00000
            21152 00000
            Screen Diversity 085

Bad SSB Board Number Removed #3104 313 61731
due to I ripped the HDMI cable off the board when plugging in my PC.

            SSB Board Number Installed #3104 313 61734
due to I can not find a exact number of 3104 313 61732 anywhere.

Now I installed the board, Programed the SSB and Options according to this manual

And I have NO HDMI Input however the Cable Tv is working fine now. I plug the HDMI into the tv next to this one and my computer recoginzes that right away. Back to the Phillips TV and No Recognition from the HDMI. Am I missing something? Is this the incorrect board? Is the replaced board BAD?

Please help me I am confused? Thanks
