Blackmagic micro studio camera plugged in reversed polarity

Hello, I know this camera has been plugged to 12v… with reversed polarity, and now it’s not working. The camera goes on, but it seems there is not enought voltage or power somewhere : a light blinking, fan spining, the processor is ok because the camera model is identified by app via USB but the camera display nothing.
At the 12v input, there is a P-Mosfet with a « classical » zener diode protection.
The mosfet could had a leak, I replaced it. But before test with power, I would like to check the zener diode because it seems physically damaged : I can’t read the marking code, but with meter, it is not shorted, in diode mode, there a measurements in two directions.
How to check if it good or not please ?
