The power went off last night during a storm. The TV was plugged into a surge protector. the Red standby light is solid. but Tv wont turn on.. No clicking noise either. I took back off and Caps. dont look swollen. any suggestions? The caps arent that expensive I dont mind changing them. Any check i should make. Thanks in advance

I currently (out of necessity) have found myself troubleshooting a Samsung TV: Model UN65JU670DFXZA Version T01. My past has been in repairing antique radios...not new circuits. Here I am very new. The TV would not turn on and did not have a standby light. When I opened the back, I noticed that the power supply board had a blown fuse. While I attempted to search for a short, I found two. Now comes my ignorance...The transistors that I found to be shorted are labeled as: 1E52AH FDPF12N50NZ. The only ones I can find are on Ebay but the top numbers are either 1E16AJ or 1B23BB. Ive never ordered transistors...
