Hi, all
I've posted a similar Q&A on alternative site but this site seems to be more focused in saving UPS.
The system is a SUA 2200XL Rev 7 230V 640-0800G Rev 7
I have UPS that has a strange fault, it does not show or indicate any load on the system, via display or internally coms, LED test front panel works all light up.
has anyone else seen a fault like this , operates but no load recorded, or just blown one of the important non replacable IC's
1. internal monitoring via cable direct into the CPU that no load is present even tho I can put 1KW heater on the output or via the front panel.
2. its happy to run off batteries.
3. does battery charging.
4. swapped with other UPS new batteries.
5. did a quick replace all the elec caps.
6. measured CT1 current sensor transformer in situ its 3.4 Ohms via R236/R215/R254. on the board
7. simple swapped out IC4 and IC5 hex schmit sand LF347
8. its not the easiest to test in situ not much space anywhere
done above no change in the results
1. CT1 feeds in to IC19 APC one of two custom IC's
2. CT2 feeds into the A/D IC10, with IC4 and IC5.
3. get a Variac and test for over and under volt operation TRIM / BOOST, see if the problem goes deeper.
4. check every diode and mosfet , NPN and PNP transistor out of circuit? along these paths ?
5. any other test points to look for ?
6. I'm not sure what the resistance should be of CT2 in situ that via measure across R323 and R334 should that be below 3.4Ohms ?
any thoughts ? what else ?

so i don't know what the equivalent parts be for lesser model 2.2KVA 230V
wonder if anyone can check on their board 604-0800 Rev 7 (230V) what values they have listed for a sua2200XL, version 3000XL may have different values but be interested to see what they are
they hide around IC 19/10/21 close to the heatsink, this parts are related to CT 1 and CT2 feeds into the AD and APC custom IC chip. any close up screen shots with values shown ?
R27 (near IC 10 ) be close to RJ45 connector. (A/D) (CT2)
R151 ( right of IC21) (right of IC19)
IC19 (near heatsink)
R236/R215/R253 60.4R (CT1) on a 3000VA unit this might be 30R1 or 30R2 resistance.
R209 10K
R181 7.5K
R213 24.9K
R208 16.3K
R207 49.9 K
