found an issu with HP chargers where the paper between the PCB and the aluminum shield can go conductive becus of heat, found it shorting a charger of mine to the point that it was buzzing whale trying to start and striping it down to the PCB makes it work again, it has only silicon glue so it cant be caused by bad glue so it must be the paper.

sorry email change made me lose this thread. i dont have the charger number but the computer its for is a Compaq presario cq57 and its the charger that came with computer.
i will get an update with chargers number and the caps.
