It's a schematic diagram, pdf, I have found both the bitmap and PCB wiring diagram, but there is no schematic diagram. They are all reversed, and I cannot find the chip data manual yet -

I am having an issue with the PSID on a DELL INSPIRON 13-5378 laptop. Can anyone please provide me with the schematics and/or boardview file? The BOARD NAME I believe is 0P380W but I have also seen STARLORD13 in some other places. Thanks for your help! -

The laptop fails to boot. A white LED light turns on for three seconds, then shuts off, repeating in a loop. Pressing the D key causes colors to display on the screen, but the laptop still does not boot afterward.
