ASUS ChromeBook C434T not powering on, need schematic

Hello, I need help getting a schematic for the ANX7447 chip, or a list of compatible chips. I have a Asus C434T that after a screen repair, it no longer turns on (yes we unplugged the battery), and the ANX7447 seems to be shorting to ground.
I would buy a replacement ANX7447 is it wasn't being shipped from china with high shipping cost.

Any help is greatly apricated.

ASUS ChromeBook C423NA BIOS Cleanup

I am surprised that no one till today asked for a cleanup of this ASUS ChromeBook C423NA. The system runs Windows Critical updates in loops over & over again. I restored the Chromebook back to factory default. But still it runs Windows Critical Updates in Loops (Shuts down & starts Windows Critical Updates again & again). Can someone clean this BIOS. I have post the Original BIOS. Thanks Dear
