Finally finished the task of creating the board view file and cleaning the schematic pdf

So if you find any error please reply here and will see if a can and/or want to correct them. ( 1 SIDE NOTE the ic UP102 and components are not on the actual board but are there to connect the signals)

So enjoy the hard work.

i have this board with loud fan speed anyone know where i would start? RT860 resister looks a litte messed up from liquid but i dont think has anything to do with this issue?
