Received laptop with burnt HUB(short 1.0V). I replaced the HUB from a spare Dell laptop(now power ok) and I need your help to clean the ME/TXE region. Or maybe there are other actions needed after the replacement. Please advise. The laptop won't turn on, but all voltage present-3.3V,5V,1.8V(CPU),1V(HUB)
