I am looking for a particular chip what is used, so i can fix it. So i need the schematic.

It's better to see for yourself.

The problem comes from the "red" circle that i made. The particular chip was a goner , and couldn't even read it correctly the most part said :

HC7PC , but the specific part number,doesn't exist as a chip nowhere.
