powering on but no display..i tried to flash bios no luck....
no volt out on 1 coil....

Remove all power. On the coil that had no voltage, use your meter in resistance mode (2k scale).

Measure the resistance to ground of this same coil. Post the reading. If the resistance is too low, then there is a bad cap or short on the rail.
