I need to clear the bios password, if someone can confirm which chip i need to read / modify that would be appreciated.

Schematic is unvailable at the moment. To my understanding, there are two BIOS chips - 16 MB and 8 MB in that board. I think the password is on the 16MB chip based on information from https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=73881
It's better to read both chips and upload the dump so some expert can help you. You need a reliable SPI programmer to read and write to the BIOS chips. After reading the chips, create a new thread under BIOS section https://www.badcaps.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=40
