Ofcourse every motherboard have a schematic but we may not have access to all of them. Schematic diagrams are copyrighted properties of respective companies and they don't give schematics to anyone but thier own employees/service partners. Often the schematic diagrams get leaked and make thier way to public internet. However some may never get leaked, some takes years and some may get leaked even before the machine hit market for sale.
