need help guys.. Bios ic UX3 - 25Q64FWSIG no 1.8 volts

shorted 1.8ALW volts to ground. eeprom is ok

Findings : i disconnect the vcc from the circuit using jumper 1505 and test the output of the 2Z-3F F0V ic it produces 1.8v so i injected a 1.8v in the vcc of the eeprom and somehow the processor is heating up and it draws 2.090 amps.

my question is how much current does this ic can produce at normal level. does the 1.8vALW powered the processor.
