Hi!
Problem is as adapter is connected to board, fans stays on continuously (U3601)5016 is getting heated
3.3 volts ,5 volts present ok .
where to start from

Same board, PU4503 heating this time.

After changing IO chip ,no more heating.missing 5V_S0 .Power present at coil (PL4902) .board turns on . where to start from

0.678v is corrrect. You need to check U3601. You have 3v3_S0- right?? Both 3v & 5V S0 are enabled by PM_SLP_S3#-so it cant be missing. The only thing i can conclude is you have some sort of shorted component on 5V_S0. What is the resistance on pin13-14 of U3601?? Have you checked u3502/3503/3504 for shorting??

No, when board came pu4503 was heating , after replacing Q2402,kbc24 (NPCE985)

Now, i'm confused. You mean you dont have PM_SLP_S3# ???? I've read your post about pu4503 heating and kbc replacement. Please clarify. Btw, what is your Dc consumption -offline and online??

Yes Don't have PM_SLP_S3#, no activity at all
DC consumption both on & off 0.01
checked u3503,3504,3505,
a doubt pc4523 is missing or it ok,

PM_SLP_S3# is missing so you need to get backwards. Check the following:
