Schematic not available yet but none needed to fix the issue. clean the pads carefully and remove all residue carbon formed as a result of arcing. I thing the cap is a bypass cap for B+ 19v. Use DMM to verify continuity with B+ line. If its a bypass cap, simply use one from a spare board.

Trace the DC input line. Usually there will be two MOSFET for protection and then a current sense resistor [ CSR ] of 10/20 milli ohm. This CSR will be the usual distribution point for 19V to all ovver the board. From there B+ line goes to all PWM sectons like RAM supply, CPU supply, Chipset supply etc.
Those who are familiar in board repair may easily find the CSR by simply looking on the board. If you are not familiar, may take some time but not hard to find. Once find the CSR, measure continuity from it to the Cap
