Help : plug in not charging, how do i trace the fault on schematic?

Hello Engineers, I have a Dell 3251 LA-9104p, it says plug in not charging on desktop.

I've change charger and battery, still the same thing.

I downloaded the schematic but I'm finding it difficult to trace the fault as I'm new to schematic reading.

I have attached the schematic below, pls help.

It's not simple if you haven't a basic knowledge on electronics repair, the power section
start at pag 44 and 45 , but if the notebook start but not charge check if the power adaptor is exactly for this model otherwaise it run but not charge

You need to measure voltage on all pins of charger ic and post here. Be careful while measuring or else the mb may be damaged. Are you getting PS id signal 3.3v?? have you checked the two mosfets just after dc jack-most probably 4407??
