upon checking for 3.3v and 5v, I cannot find respective voltages.
PL4503 is grounded.
I find 17v on pin 5,6,7,8 of PU4104 & also on pin 5,6,7,8 of PU4101
Is TPS51225 is fried?

schematic is somewhat similar to 3421 schematic.

First try a different adapter you said you have 17v also make sure the one you are trying to us Will work with your model . 19v is needed
