PU5301 is right.It can be SY21138 or similar.

Well, seems to be - eH*** SY21138RHC (Global Part # for the SY8386RHC) , will try to order and replace it.

Update, parts arrived, but 3.3V rail is short. Thermal camera shows CPU-s PCH geting hot and it seems to be dead.
