I have searched extensively for either a schematic or a boardview for the Surface SE Laptop, without success. Can anyone help? Does one even exist?

Not Surface Pro 7. That is a tablet. This is a laptop.
Laptop 7 got released in 2024. Still kind of new,
Check your coat pockets folks, im sure one of us has a boardview to spare.
