Hannstar is the name of the factory which made the board. There will be another code on it which is the model number. This board is Quanta ZY5, and you should find DA0ZY5... printed somewhere on it. That's the string you should have been googling.

        Here you go:

I have the servicing manual that you mentioned, the SCHEMATICS and a BRD file for use with Allegro Free Viewer 15.x-16. Is it allowed to upload them here? Then I'd attach them to this posting

I needed them because I have one of these here right now that shuts itself down sometimes instantly, sometimes a few seconds after starting to boot.
I cant grasp whats going on in the power on sequence.
I have constant VA, AC_IN, VIN (which is 19,1V), +5PCU and +3PCU, all stable as hell.
SYS_HWPG on the other hand measures 0,7V AC(!). According to another forum, it should read 3,3vdc.
The HWPG-net on my board is pulled up by a 3v rail that doesnt seem to be active when powered off. I don't know if this behavior is correct.
SYS_HWPG NEVER reads stable 3,3v even when it tries to boot for some seconds. Maybe thats why it shuts down.

            sorry cannot edit above posting

15v rail only has 13,3v while turned off, raises to 13,6 when pressing the power button and drops down to 12,6 when it shuts down.

In the schematics, I cannot find any component where these 15volts are generated. Can somebody point me in the right direction please?
