NR2201ZE Schematic request

+5VSUS rail is nothing on the NR2201ZE Mother board.
There is not even short.

Who anyone have known about this problem or Schematic?

I've found of +5VSUS But it is still Lower than 5Volt.
just around 4.3volt like that?
and i still don't know about why 20Volt is missing...
is it right that the PD Control IC is abnormal?

Anyone Know about the Reason, Please let me know. Thanks
