Why are you looking for the schematic ?. That daughter board mainly has a USB port and a card reader only.

sir, i have a issue with my lid close 3V3 rail, after removing this daughter board the fault seems to go away.

I read your post. From what i understood, your machine is having a LID/HAL sensor problem. You don't need a schematic to figure this out. Try removing the HAL sensor first. I don't have the board with me. But i found an image and marked what i think should be the LID sensor for you.
