Thinkpad E15/E14 Gen 2 boardview+schematics

Hi, I am looking for a boardview and schematics for Thinkpad E15/E14 Gen 2.

The board is not turning on. QB6 mosfet is getting 28V on its gate while passing 19.6V from drain to source. This is not normal and I think it may have something to do with the mobo not working. Also, you can hear the hissing sound coming from the I/O chip.
