    HP Envy x360 15-ds0004nf 448.0gb16.0011

    Hello

    Got this machine dead, no power, no charger led.
    Seems the DCin has been forced reversed, and the 19V were injected to the black and yellow wires pins. suppose its charger ID pin and the other no idea.
    I have 19.5V in, and 16.8V in the main rail.
    No 3.3V no 5V. no shorts.

    found a ripped cap i think, and a burned diode near the battery connector.

    has someone the schematic or boardview for this?

              The 3.3V and 5V regulators are also not identifiable by their marking. BABBBC and BACBAK both 20 pins ics
              Does someone know what ICs are these?

                      Got it.
                      Ive checked with the help of the pinout and 3.3V LDO is shorted

                      kb9028g is the culprit, which reinforces the assumption that DCIN was plugged reversed.

                      Apparently this ENE IC needs programming.
                      Now comes the fun part, finding it

                          Hey

                          Several weeks back I took a look at this board again.

                          After replacing the SIO, I still dont get the white LED on the charger port.

                          I have 3.3V present , and also at the power button, but no reaction.
                          5V is not present.

                          Does anyone know if the white led should turn on even if the SIO is not programmed?
