please help fix the issue:
lock enterprise.
I manage to remove the lock enterprise and re install chromeOS but NO AUDIO.

Machine: Laptop Chromebook
Brand: HP
Model: HP Pro c640 chromebook enterprise

I would like some help.

I tried to install Windows on an HP Pro c640 Chromebook Enterprise
After running firmware-util.sh, the machine displays nothing but a black screen.
It doesn't display an image via the HDMI port either.
Powervash (f3+Power button) restarts the machine.
I tried connecting it with a black CH341a, it didn't detect it. EZP2023+ didn't detect the W25Q128JVSM chip either.
This backup was made by firmware-util, but when compared to a bios downloaded from here, something really went wrong.

I also have a HP Chromebook Pro C640 with sound issue after unlocking. I was able to remove the enterprise lock. I used the BIOS from another unlocked C640. But just like someone else here mentioned, the sound is gone. The sound bar is greyed out and pressing the mute or volume buttons does nothing. There's also no sound from the audio jack, so its not a problem with the speakers. I returned back to the locked BIOS and the sound returned. Strange.

upload your original backup of bios chipset along with serial no. and you'll get help.

Here are some notes for other people trying this: Do Not connect the power cord while flashing BIOS (it can brick the chromebook and you have reflash again). After you flash the BIOS, plug in the power cord before turning on. Press Esc Refresh and power to boot into recovery. Use a USB drive to reinstall the Chrome OS.

put the original bios back, the one with the password, see if the laptop starts up again.

yes already did and its not turning on, possible i did not backup properly,
but its ok now

I go to the HP site and download the recovery installer, extract all via 7-Zip, and search for bios/bin. Luckily, I found it.
