Hi. I had this laptop with only a power button light and backlight on. Fan spinning.
No display. All voltages are stable.
Flashed this https://www.badcaps.net/forum/attach...5&d=1669289542 bios firmware and it back to life.

Hi,
I have the same laptop and it has the same issues (laptop power button lights up, keyboard back-light lights up and fans spin, but nothing happens). Last thing I did was start a windows update.
I want to repair it myself, but I have been looking everywhere for the schematics so I can locate the bios chip and I haven't found any. I also don't know what SOIC clip I need (I really want to avoid desoldering and resoldering) for my bios chip.
I want to use a Raspberry Pi Pico (I have a few laying around) with https://notabug.org/libreboot/pico-serprog to flash the chip.
Can someone point me in the right direction so I can get everything I need to attempt this myself.Comment

post the S/N, the original bios of the laptop, the full name and model of the laptop,the motherboard model, etc.
