did you read post #4 your backup isn`t good. What model is your programmer and software version, are you using Auto-detect , is the chip in the support list , are you using a clip . Is the chip burned or physically damaged , have you soldered wires to the pads and if so how long are the wires.

It isn`t the first time youve posted a bad backup there must be a reason why. The compressed backup you posted should be over 1MB at least, it should not be KB , when its in the KB its a good indication of a bad backup,you can also open the backup with a hex editor and check to make sure there is some code throughout the file, if the file only has a little bit of code or all FF`s its another bad backup

I am using RT809H
I remove the IC from the board and put it on the programmer and take a backup

try making another backup, compare both of your backups using a hex editors file-compare function or some other file comparison software.If the backups are the same or still corrupt its possible the chip is bad or it was a bad bios update.If your next backup has more code than the 1st post it, if not then go to hp support, enter the serial to find the bios update, download it , run the exe and choose the save option, a full virgin bios will be extracted.
