Unfortunately, the machine turns on just for a second before turning off again.

I remove battery CMOS battery and discharge the entire motherboard before starting it up.

The start will then take place up to 4 times.

I did what you mentioned but still the same issue. It turns on for maybe half a second, fans spin and keyboard backlight, and then off again.
