Try it now, you might need to put in your DMI info manually, I couldn't get it, didn't find your service tag, nor windows keys.

After inserting your Service Tag in BIOS Setup, you can press ALT+F to exit manufacturing mode.

Hi, i am having trouble with an Inspiron 5501 mobo Mockingbird ICL MB 8L with st:JGRGZZ2. it came with no initialization.
i tried with a pair of new 8mb + 16mb files and it worked but couldn't make the service tag to be saved. so i put the 16mb original file to see if it makes a difference, it also worked but still with the service tag problem. i tried to clear me it's original file but it didn't work.
so, can you help me with this service tag error? i attach the two original files 8mb + 16mb and the 8mb file with with it works but can't save the servicetag.

UPDATE, i tried with some factory files from a 14" thread with the same motherboard, i attach the files, the service tag can be set, also the model, but gives TPM Device not detected. What to do in this situation?

with these files, it doesn't turn on at all. it lights the charging led only once and that's it. doesn't do anything else. i saw it has this kind of reaction with files from Mockingbird CML (Cometlake) not my specific one, ICL (IceLake).
