Can you verify your backup again, UEFITool does not open it, nor ME Analyser. Look for another chip too, maybe one that has 128 in it (16MB) either Windbond or MX make. example: W25Q128FV

i flashed it ,the laptop doesn't turn on ,i only see the power indicator flashing

If taken out, verify that it was indeed flashed. Resolder and check pad connection. If still not working, use backup. Do not rely on clip when flashing.
