HP Pavilion Power 15-cb093nd 35 sec to start & loud fan

Hi all,

i have i nice green hp pavilion power game laptop.

i recieved it today, but the machine has weird issues.

when powering up the machine. it took 35/40 second until the screen goes on, and the 2 fans are running on max speed.

ive added a backup from the laptop,

hope u guys can find out if it is corrupted or not.

bios extracted from the HP site update..the laptop has three variants of your bios is 0836B ..
DMI 220000 - 223FFF
KEYWIN 228000 - 22803F

maybe a weird question, but what does the DMI en KEYWIN no's mean?

Edit: flashed 0836B, the bios works, but did not fix the issue, still 35 seconds before the screen goes on, and still loud fans.

After do some more research, i found out that the cpu is bad, needs a reball.
so im going to sell the laptop as broken, because i dont have the tools to reball.
