No CPU power, no VGA power, but with stock dump all power good

by chance can i get a bios repair as well for a g7 7700 id super appreciate it , was getting no post power cycle, then flashed with a couple of the variants on this thread now i get no post what so ever, even after flashing original backs ups

H82BJX2, i managed to pull the bios itself from the update EXE, but havent figured out how to pull the EC image, bios i managed to pull from exe attatched.

hmmm strange still no post from it, checked voltages to be sure, all rails get correct power, but if im mistaken, shouldnt the SPI chips for the bios be pulling 1.8v? im getting 1.3v, just wanna be sure, because that could potentially be an issue if so.

Write your device Model Number, Motherboard Number and Service Tag.
