Your file has only the first 16MB of bios data, the last 16MB with 00 bits inserted

Flash it and see what happens. Its strange that its got 16MB of padding after the bios, but the VSCC table does have support for 16MB and 32MB chips

Its not clear how the updater would write to the 32MB chip,if the 16MB padding at the end is intentional, and if it would work that way.The updater might split the bios and write some padding inbetween ? ,don`t know.
Try it again, this time with a 16MB Macronix chip. The chip ID in the VSCC table is C22018.Theres a number of different ones with the same ID

Thank you my friend the customer took the laptop. I don't think it's a bios problem because no voltage on the gpu and cpu.

                        Hi all,

My Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 15.6-inch laptop has no display and won't boot.
The charging red LED lights up, but the charging screen doesn't show any indication.
When I press the power button, the blue LED cycles on and off three times, then the screen doesn't turn on, and the device won't boot.
(I've tried removing the battery and resetting the device, but the issue persists.)

BIOS file for N550JK (original dump attached)
                        by joshAU
                        Hi all.
I'm looking for a BIOS file for an Asus N550JK.

I have a Asus R552J, which I believe is identical to the Asus N550JK.
I downloaded the latest BIOS (210) for the R552.
                        It is named N550JKAS.210.
The BIOS file is however only 6mb in size.

I've read the chip with a CH341A programmer and verified the file.
That file is actually 8mb in size.

I'm wanting to remove the BIOS password from this unit.

It prompts you to input the password when turned on, so its sort of behaving like a power on password rather than...

Merge ECS Z77-H2 bios cap file with original dump
                        by adelage
                        Hi,
I am trying to recover an ECS Z77-H2 motherboard, I dumped the original bios with a ch341a programmer, the bios from the manufacturer is a .cap file of smaller size, and it seems that I need to merge this file with other information from the dump, anyone can explain how to do that?

Notice to users of XGecu TL866II Plus / T48 / T56 / T76 programmers regarding BIOS backup file size
                        by m1ch43lzm
                        Hi everyone
I noticed on the Xgpro software the BIOS backup files have extra bytes at the end when reading some chips, this is because the Xgpro software also reads the OTP region of those flash chips, and by default will append that region to the saved file
                        Programmer models: XGecu TL866II Plus / T48 / T56 / T76

Example: GD25LQ128D (1.8V), IC size is listed as 0x1000000 Bytes (16777216 bytes) + 0xC00 bytes, those extra 0xC00 bytes will be appended to the end of the saved file by default, resulting in a file size of 16780288 bytes
There's also an extra OTP Secu.R...
