THANK YOU! After a day of trying to flash it, it finally worked!

I could read, write & unprotect but was getting different errors with different flash programs when verifying. Tried many different versions as well.

    NeoProgrammer
    Verify memory...
    Verification error on address: 000D4A00

    AsProgrammer
    Programming memory(verifying)...
    Verification error on address: 0000057C

    CH341A Programmer
Chip main memory with the contents are in disagreement

SOLUTION: Remove BIOS from motherboard and then flash it. Worked on the first try with NeoProgrammer. I did not test any other program but I'm sure the BIOS being soldered on the motherboard was giving the errors.

Do I have to hold the Novo button or how?
    Thanks!

UPDATE: Pressed it, still does nothing.

hoaca388, thanks a bunch. That worked like a charm 🙌

Let me elaborate on my way to success with EZP2019 programmer acquired from Amazon with 1.8V adapter (note: there's a newer version EZP2023. The software recognized the 2019 version however the chip database did not contain Flex 5 14ALC05 Winbond W74M12JW bios chip either).

    1) saw a bunch of YouTubes irt. CH341A and EZP2019 how-to-program and do's/don'ts. I really considered afterwards if I should have bought en CH341A or maybe even the newer version CH347T / F (able 1.8 volt)
    2) read a bunch of posts to include this awesome collaborate website 😀
    3) how to place the in situ chip reader irt. pin 1 - 8
    4) read up on Winbond.w74m12jw rev b data sheet to verify voltage usage (ie. do use 1.8 volt adapter)
    4) troubleshot how to use the 1.8 volt adapter with the EZP2019 including how to place both adapter and in situ chip reader - ie. how to orient pin 1 right from the motherboard/bios chip to the EZP2019
    5) use of software including setting variables to reduce interference, double verification of reading bios and Erase bios before writing then verifying bios data (Lesson Identified: if you only write - verify it's gonna produce an error)

    🙏

Though the EZP2019 does not self declare the correct chip when I push test!!
The software reports 93_EEPROM, ATMEL, AT93C46@16

However selecting SPI_FLASH, Winbond, W25Q128JV, Size 16 MB I managed to read the attached bios, where I could locate the SN in offset 005EA080 :-) Ie. some of the data is not corrupted.

    V/r Niels

PS: how do I add the correct chip type to the EZP2019 chip database?
