Dell latitude 3510 (Mockingbird-L 19746-1) bios needed

Hello,
my bios is corrupted and system is unable to boot. I tried rebuilding it but FIT is unable to decompose it.
System is 19746-1 [Latitude 3510] with ST. 6BN7WZ2
Can you help please?

error: the machine crashes when it reaches 0.34A, I tried another bios and it was ok but the service tag could not be saved
I am attaching the original BIOS file.

System wasn't able to boot with the new files, it only boot loops.
However I was able to boot with your files from post #166 with only issue that I cannot set ST and alf + F notice at every boot.
Is there a workaround for this?

I was able to work around using EC from post 205 and main from post 166.
ST was set at first try.
